At Hiraeth, we’re passionate about the food we serve. Our dishes are made around the very best produce the seasons have to offer. That’s why we’ve decided to level up—moving beyond the allotment to a smallholding just one mile from the restaurant. Our goal is to make the most of the land, utilizing as much as possible.
